Clean, good location, friendly staff, generous with facilities (towels, soaps etc)
Reception noise with 1st floor room near open staircase. Personal preference: I like a room with a bath not just shower

Everything was good from the stuff to the room, very spacious bed and soundproof room. The breakfast was sensational with freshly squeezed juice, and the restaurant was great. Besides, the location was particularly good for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Museo del Fuego y de los Bomberos. A bakery and shops where right next door❤

Convenient Location and Great Facilities Spent New Year's Eve here and overall, it was a good stay. the hotel is located smack in the city center right beside a train station, which made transportation very convenient. Facilities are also great, especially the comfortable and spacious bed in the room. the breakfast was also quite adequate and tasty.
Noisy and Impersonal Staff the downside of this hotel is that there was more noise than I would have wanted, both from the street and from neighboring rooms. the staff wasn't very friendly or helpful either, which gave off an impersonal vibe.

Had a great Christmas stay at a hotel in a central location with excellent transport links nearby. Rooms were clean, spacious and offered a minibar and a great breakfast selection to start the day. The friendly and helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable, providing local tips and recommendations.
The hotel's triple rooms had noisy air conditioning units that made it difficult to sleep. The towels and bedding also could have been of better quality.

This hotel is located in the bustling city centre, with a bakery just a stone's throw away. the tram line right next door takes you to the university, making it a convenient choice for students. the rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is exceptional, perfect for relaxation. Breakfast is amazing with a vast array of options to choose from.
The walls are not soundproof and the noise from the TV in the neighboring room can be heard easily, making it tough to get a good night's sleep.
